Make potent sulfur dyeable for different colored water and bubbles

Make the new potent sulfur block dyeable to have different colored water.  Have all 16 colors of dye on useable on the new block to be able to change the color of the water it is in (Ethier by right clicking or crafting). Plus, with all the new changes on java addition they've added the ability to change watercolor with commands, this would make it available for survival and more casual players.

  I'd be happy even if it could change the colour of the bubbles!
