Console players should be able to use and import custom skins.

It has been a thing before but mojang removed it. A ton of people have probably made skins for themselves and want to use it, but can only play on consoles(Xbox, Switch, Playstation ect) it seems a bit unfair that PC and Mobile players get to yet consoles cannot anymore, with how much this is requested you'd think it'd be done by now.
