Let players with Night Vision see players with Invisibility

The night vision effect is one of the least used effects in survival Minecraft. They're just too expensive to use at all times. Plus, lighting up areas keeps mobs from spawning, so players are more likely to use torches than an eight-minute potion. My idea is that players with the night vision effect should be able to see players with the invisibility effect, or at least a faint outline of them. This would add reasons to actually use night vision potions, as well as add a layer of complexity to multiplayer Minecraft.
