I have an idea to still get what feels like a lot of content, on par with like the nether update, with the new game drop system.
The idea is simple, have one general theme for an entire year. Then each drop during the year would add or focus on one thing in relation to that general theme.
For example, if we were to have an end themed year, 2 drops could be focused on biomes/blocks/mobs, one on structures, and one on the end fight/ender dragon.
This would let us get more content around a singular theme, letting us get revamped biomes, dimensions, and the such, with the new update system.
They don’t always need to do a theme each year. Some years could be micilanious with random stuff to flesh out tiny parts of the world.
