Shear flowers off bushes

Using shears on 2-tall flower bushes drops a singular version of said flower (Excluding the sunflower); but in doing so, the flower bush texture changes to show fewer flowers. If you remove 3 flowers, the flower bush will die and become a tall dead bush. Every in-game morning, flower bushes will regrow their flowers.

This would both add in small variants of already existing flowers and introduce a tall variant of the dead bush. It would also teach children that you can trim flower bushes, but if you trim too often you risk killing the plant.
