Allow addons to change terrain generation and world depth/height

I used to play a lot of bedrock edition because of my friends being on console and we also installed some addons and had lots of fun with the thigns they added.
Later, I looked at java and started playing a bit with it and I loved all of these mods and found out about datapacks that would change the world height with crazy mountains and stuff and I thought to myself "what if we had this on bedrock edition"
So yeah, being able to have this on bedrock would be really cool and game changing.
