3. Pet Upgrades & Armor

You can now protect and enhance your pets using the Grooming Table.

• Pet Armor: Crafted using Copper, Iron, Gold, or Diamond.
• Wolf Armor (already in-game) is reworked to be customizable.
• Cat Armor is lightweight and allows them to keep their fall-damage immunity.
• Upgrades (Charms): Small items bought from the Pet Breeder that slide into an armor slot:
• Thermal Fur: Protects pets from freezing in powder snow.
• Spiked Collar: Deals "Thorns" damage to any mob that bites your pet.
• Light-Up Tag: Makes the pet glow in the dark so you don't lose them in caves.

4. Pet Costumes (Cosmetic)

These are purely for style and don't provide defense. They can be found in Shipwreck chests or traded:

• Pet Costumes: The Pet Breeder villager sells seasonal "Costume Bundles".
• Wizard Hat: Makes your cat emit purple particles.

• Dino Suit: A green onesie with spikes.
• Crown: A tiny gold crown for your "regal" companions.
• Business Tie: For the professional dog or cat.
• Bee Costume: Complete with tiny wings that flutter when they jump.
• Tiny Cape: Flaps behind your dog when they run.
• Shark Fin: A cosmetic for pets that love to swim.
• Lion Mane: A fluffy orange collar that makes the cat look like a miniature lion.
• Wizard Hat: A tiny purple hat with stars—perfect for a witch’s hut companion.
• Cardboard Box: A "stealth" costume where the cat just looks like a block when sitting still.
