I think it would be cool to add two new utility blocks for high-level enchanting.
One block would let you pull an enchantment off an item and move it to a book or another tool. The original item is destroyed, but it lets you "save" great enchantments found on random dungeon loot.
The second block would let you split books that have multiple enchantments (like Mending and Sharpness) onto two separate books so you don't have to choose which one to lose.
Both blocks would cost XP to use and would have durability like an anvil, eventually shattering. Since they can't be repaired, they stay as high-stakes, late-game items that give players a reason to keep gathering resources even after they're fully geared up. By requiring expensive materials or finding them in late-game structures, it ensures they remain a reward for advanced players.
