This update is returning to caves and adding new blocksets to brand new blocks! So, the same should be done for these forgotten cave blocks dripstone and calcite, since tuff and copper got revived in Tricky Trials and further in Copper Age.
Calcite needs to be made farmable for more usage in survival. I think limestone should be added for this process even though dripstone = limestone essentially. So, combine 4 dripstone blocks into new limestone blocks then smelt limestone to calcite or ignore limestone and just smelt dripstone to calcite for easy access. Limestone would be nice for another beige color in game and other crafting potential down the line maybe for steel production.
Anyways, since normally 4 raw blocks make bricks or polished, in this case 4 DS makes LS blocks. Instead use 9-pointed DS items for polished, akin to prismarine brick recipe, then craft bricks. Of course, raw DS can still craft the raw stairs and slabs since those won't conflict with LS.
In beach biomes the sandstone layer could have limestone mixed and have some exposed limestone on the surface side to indicate that its a new beach. Coral crusts on Bedrock should consist mostly of limestone and Java should add these coral crusts for parity. Finally, update fossil generation with limestone around it.
