The drop is called “Chaos Cubed,” but there aren't really any particularly chaotic elements. Why not more chaos? In Minecraft, there's the Bad Omen mechanic, which is currently only available in villages and Trial Chambers.
How to access it: By consuming an Ominous Bottle and receiving the “Bad Omen” effect, the player could enter a sulfur cave. Upon entering, the Bad Omen effect would change to the new ominous effect “Brimstone Omen,” which would last 30 seconds. During this time, the yellow gas from the sulfur pools would turn into dark blue fire particles, and some surrounding sulfur blocks might even catch fire. (Along with this event, a new type of fire could be added to Minecraft: brimstone fire! which would be dark blue to distinguish it from soul fire)
The Event: When the 30 seconds are up, a new variant of the magma cube and the sulfur cube would begin to appear in the biome: the Brimstone Cube. The Brimstone Cube would be a new hostile mob that would spawn in large waves during these events. A good design option would be something similar to a magma cube, but more misshapen and with brimstone fire instead of normal fire inside. This mob would have a unique movement ability, such as being able to launch itself. Another hostile mob could also be added to the event. The event could last 15 minutes or longer. And most importantly: a USEFUL in-game reward after a difficult challenge
During the event, the sulfur pools would be set ablaze by the brimstone fire.
