The Blow Bulb

The Blow Bulb would be a new, rare plant / block found on the ground and jungle trees in jungle biomes that would produce steady gusts of wind up to two blocks away from the “mouth” or top of the plant. This would be a rotational block much like observers, droppers, and dispensers, allowing for the wind power to be directed. The wind produced from this plant could push entities and dropped items, allowing for different types of mob farms and item conveyor systems. Additionally, parrots could seek out and use this block to fly higher than they naturally could, so players could follow parrots to find this plant in the wild.
