Upgrade templates are stupid

There was no reason to make it more difficult. The nether is already litteral hell, so there is zero point in putting those there besides MAKING players explore something they may not want to. not to mention servers, where if you go to the nether too late(which is like 2 minutes on servers cause there is always a speed runner) you have no hope unless you go thousands and thousands of blocks to find anything. It's a stupid way of making an already difficult process more difficult
