Friends and Server Ideas

Hello Dear Minecraft-Creater I think? This Is My ideas About the Friending Stuff And The Minecraft Servers (Note: Server Section Is Probably Smaller Then Friend Section) Also A probably Good Idea About The Minecoin Proccess!:

Friend Tabs: May You make It Where You Could Have Like a Private Chat With your Friends Even When Your Not On a World Together? AND Also Add It Where Everyone Can See Chat, or At least Where You can Put Bios On Your Tab And EVERYONE Can See That?! (Reason Why: I can tell my Friends On Minecraft that they need To Update Their Game So We can Play)

Servers: EVERYONE. LOVES. SERVERS. But The Most Annoying Part? You'd Have To pay For Stuff-Which Is Fine With me- And Servers Don't Update...That's VERY Annoying, Please Make It where Servers MUST Update Along With Minecraft, 'cus None of The Older Servers I Play on Have The Copper Update On!!

Last But not Least; MineCoins:  Not Everyone can Always pay For Them, I Know You guys Probably Need The Money but Can You Just Make It Where You Can Earn Minecoins If You Do Certain Achievements?
