Bedrock (heart regeneration)

we have problem in regenerating hearts in bedrock and Be, please fix this problem, because of this we get killed many times by zombies and also by skeletons and other mobs because we can't regernat heart fastly like Java.

    It's really difficult to play minecraft with this problem this should be improved
