Make villagers able to fight/ add warrior and bowman jobs

No matter the job villagers should be able to defend themselves when iron golem dies, also add villager jobs such as warrior or bowman who you can pay in emerald to follow you and give them armor that you make for them.

    Mojang has said that villagers are pacifist and don't like to fight. The purpose of the iron golems is to fight for them.

    Not all villagers should defend themselves, maybe the armoured and butcher could, but I like the guard villager idea. Additionally there could be different village sizes with different levels of development
