Mud blocks should turn into water when mined just like ice

In real life, the soil in mangrove swamp is waterlogged. So, in Minecraft when you mine mud, it turns into water and it drops either a clay ball or a dirt block, just a 50/50 chance. This will be a really nice touch and players would really feel that they're walking on mud because basically water is everywhere in the mangrove forest. When mud is mined with silk touch, it drops the block itself of course but it will not leave any water behind as it is contained within the block itself.
