Potion Recipe

26.1 Tiny Takeover update brought recipe books with other functional blocks like furnace recipes. I think its time to make potion recipes accessible in some way. 

Before I start, we should first address the problem. Potions are somewhat hard to get for casual players. A friend of mine argued "How can new players start potion making when there are no clues to what we should atleast do to start." And it clicked, for me its easy as I've played the game before, and I can say that I have a good grasp of the potion tree...

First suggestion, when a player obtains nether wart, a recipe book for the base potion will be accessible. After the base potion is obtained, recipes will be accessible for each potion items we get.

Second suggestion, make use of the cleric villager, instead of just potions and other stuff they trade. They could also trade a recipe book with the necessary guide for potion brewing.
