Repurposing Creepers

Although Creepers are too iconic to remove, some players (especially on settings where they can't disable it) find it extremely annoying and time-consuming to rebuild.

This is why I would like to request the repurposing of Creepers, to still accord to their explosive nature.

I'd like to request to set the block decay level (at all costs, regardless) upon explosion by Creepers to be an absolute 0% (dropping all original blocks), because modern game philosophy generally   getting punished for something you didn't deliberately act upon.
