Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Change the sandstone texture to something closer to real life

The sandstone in Minecraft is basically just recolored cobblestone. I think it would be awesome for the game and great for builders for sandstone (normal and red) to be retextured to look more like sandstone in real life (i.e. horizontal layers). It would also make deserts more interesting to explore. Thank you for considering this idea :))
