Tough Deepslate

The new reinforced deepslate can be moved with pistons, but devs have confirmed that is a bug and not a feature. However, it has some properties that make it unique and that are very useful. I suggest creating a new block, called "tough deepslate" that:

-Would generate rarely on ancient cities and even more rarely below y=0 in general
-Would not be instaminable
-If mined without a silk touch pickaxe, it would drop between 1-4 tough deepslate shards. With fortune 3 this would change to 3-5 tough deepslate shards.
-Would be craftable by surrounding a regular block of deepslate with 4 tough deepslate shards
-Tough deepslate shards can be found in ancient cities' chests in quantity of 1-6 shards per chest
-Would be movable with pistons
-Would be immune to wither and ender dragon
Basically, a lot like reinforced deepslate, but movable and harvestable. This would be super helpful for technical players and redstone contraptions.
