Reinforced Deepslate - Craftable?

I grabbed the 1.19 experimental snapshot and headed off to the deep dark to see what it was like.  The cities are good to explore but knowing that the reinforced deepslate blocks are intended to be immovable got me thinking.  My son did a little experiment to see if they were good as a wither cage (they are!) so a totally bonkers idea came to me - what if they were craftable?!  A block you can craft and when you put it down it can never (at least in survival) be removed?  Might be too op, but maybe crafting from deepslate and a netherite block would offset some of that.  Maybe make it partly obsidian as well.  Then you could make some truly awesome forts and contraptions.
