The Seat (that isn't just straight up furniture!!!)

the seat wouldn't really be standalone furniture, but more of a block that you can build around.

it would be smaller than a full block and won't have legs like the bed, just a straight up rectangle, not even a backrest. it would be a really flexible block. just off of the top of my head, i can already imagine a couch, throne, and stool that would use the seat.

there isn't really a way to make a functioning chair without pushing a minecart into a block, which is really finicky and i don't like how it looks. 

in terms of crafting, it'd just be a shorter bed and is dyed like it too. if that might trip up a new player than it could probably be 1-2 wood, leather, and dye instead, maybe wool or feathers too idk. this would give leather another use which it probably needs idk man.
