More hunt able mobs

As the name says, I wish there were more mobs being added that had unique drops from hunting and killing them. I do enjoy the unique mob uses such as the blocks inside the sulfur cube and the sniffer but I wish there were new mobs that posed a challenge with useful drops. There has not been a mob added that the player is encouraged to kill since the breeze. In addition I wish there where some rare passive mobs that had interesting drops unlike the recently added passive mobs that drop nothing.
