Fishing Rod for pulling a block out of a Sulfur Cube

It seems strange to me to use shears to extract a block from a Sulfur Cube.
A creative way to do this is to pull out a block with a fishing rod. Consider such a change

Fishing rod could pull Sulfur Cubes, creating fun interactions(imagine a minigame where you have to pull a bouncy Sulfur Cube into somewhere). However, with your suggestions, this wouldn’t work, since the fishing rod would just remove blocks from the Sulfur Cube.
