Glowing Armor

Add the ability to give armor a glowing effect using glowing ink sacs. Wax is used to secure the effect, allowing the glowing ink sacs to attach to the armor. Over time, the glowing effect fades and the armor becomes less bright. To restore the glow, the glowing ink sacs with wax need to be reapplied to the armor.
