In this underground biome, lots of stone covers the floor, and ores are occasional on the bottom side but abundant on the top side. This idea is that a cave has collapsed, revealing valuable resources in this rare biome. The cave does not have to actively collapse, but it is generated differently from most caves. The bottom is the opposite of the top, the top is opposite of the bottom. It just looks like an earthquake or some disturbance caused the roof of the cave to fall. This will reveal many more resources (meaning this biome has a higher chance of ores to spawn on higher y-levels, in comparison to lower y- levels.) Or we can just do an upside-down cave biome... anyways...
