Sulfur Cubes when split remains small when fed with golden dandelion

When a sulfur cube is split, feeding it with a golden dandelion will make it remain a smaller size. It will have the same properties & mechanics as a full size cube but only smaller (so we could have a small & big sized cubes to choose from). Since it is not a hostile mob, feeding it with golden dandelion to halt its growth does not break the established rule.
