New Item: Carpenter Table

This item can be placed down and acts like a stone cutter for wood. Adding the opportunity for a carpenter villager, who sells wood for emeralds, or emeralds for saplings at reasonable prices, unlike the wandering trader. He could wear a saw on his side like the crafting table. This is either a villager thing or a block and item thing. I don't know what to pick, so I'll choose block and item.
