craftable/brewable bottles o' enchant

By right-clicking on xp-orbs with empty bottles you can gather them in the bottle. Something like 100 xp is needed to fill up one bottle. xp can now be sent trough hoppers. By putting empty bottles in a chest, where a hopper leads into and "locking" the slot (by right-clicking it) the bottles will wait in the chest/hopper until xp filles the bottle fully. You can only store an amount of xp in one chest/hopper the xp is getting showed by a bar at the right side of the chest/hopper.
