Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Tripwires need to be reverted.

The most recent change making tripwires more visible is a detriment to their uses. They need to be hard to see so they aren’t immediately noticed if used in a trap, and their near invisibleness of them makes them useful in builds, preventing snow, keeping crops at certain heights, etc. With them no longer transparent, builds that use them will no longer look good. This change is a detrimental to the creativity of the community of players.
