Mountain lake and mountainous river biomes

The mountain lake could have a special village that adds 2 new structures the hot spring and the fisherman’s hut. With this update we could also get the river otter, it can be tamed and will occasionally bring fish to the player. Theres also a new hostile mob some kinda eel that will spawn close to the bottom of the mountain lakes, it can be killed and drops raw eel which can be cooked. Otters drop an otter fur that can be made into an armor set that makes you buoyant in water and makes you move quicker in water, strength wise not much stronger than leather, they could also have a chance to drop an otter bone which could be used to make a special fishing rod
