River Biome generation

I think minecraft should add more river biomes. Most importantly regarding generation. I suggest adding rocky cliffs flanking the river, deep canyons where trickles of water flow. Bending and winding flows. High ground and low ground rivers, which can allow waterfalls to generate to connect them. River Deltas where the rivers meet the ocean. I think the game should be updated to generate rivers purposefully. Similar to how temperature gradients exist, so too could highlands and lowlands generate. Rapids could generate. When running water flows around a block for example. It would be nice to see proper river biomes added
