Diversifying the Netherite Upgrade Template uses.

The Netherite Upgrade Template should have its functionality expanded and diversified. 
Instead of being able to just coat your diamond armor in netherite, it should be able to coat your armour in any of the trim materials.

Such as Emerald, Amethyst, Redstone, Lapis, etc. Allowing players to create armour sets that look like they are made of these materials, but are really diamond underneath that coating. And just like coating the diamond armour with netherite, players can further customize their armour with trims.

This idea should satisfy everyone who has been asking for emerald armour, amethyst armour, etc, which there are many feedback posts suggesting these individual ideas. By diversifying the use of the Netherite Upgrade Template to a Template for all these materials, would allow for the full range players have wanted.

Furthermore, upgrade templates should be able to be applied to diamond tools/weapons. 

Whether each material provides its own unique benefit to the durability or passive effects of netherite is another matter for discussion.
