Nether weather

I know that if you guys were to add weather to the nether, eventually, you guys would be peer preasured into adding weather for the End, which to me doesn't make sense why there would be weather in the End, but for Weather in the Nether, I suggest Lava Rain. Lava rain in the nether would force players to use some of the "useless" enchantments such as the fireprotection enchantments, and use potions of fire resistance more often. If fireprotection enchantments were to completely protect the player from the lava storm, you could make it so that the armour itself still will take more damage. I don't know why this makes sense to me, but you could also make it to were when leather is enchanted with the fireprotection effect, the leather armour will take even less damage when in the Lava Rain than let's say Iron or Diamond.
