Manage resource packs without leaving the world (Bedrock Edition)

I suggest adding the ability to activate and deactivate resource packs directly from the in-game settings menu. Currently, players have to exit to the main menu to change textures, which is inconvenient. It would be much better if we could toggle them on and off while still inside the world.
