Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Make Leaf Litter & Wildflowers Require special tools to harvest

Currently It's incredibly annoying and tedious to build in forests due to these 2 blocks constantly cluttering your inventory, which is why I suggest that they need special tools in order to drop.

The three tools I feel would make the most sense to use are:

Shears, as they're used to collect most foliage in the game. Shovels, because they are often used to shovel leaf piles. or any tool with silk touch.
