Better vine farming

Seeing how we can farm other things by cutting it down and getting everything from the cut(Ex. Bamboo, sugarcanes, etc). it should also be possible for Vines. As of 1.21.11, mossy blocks are still not that easy to get because of the lack of farming capabilities for vines. The growth can't be sped up using bonemeal and not only that, we can only get the the vine that we specifically break. Breaking the rest of the vines without getting it. Just a Quality of Life things, anyways thank you.
