Silent Minecart

Placing wool under a rail will make the minecart on the rail silent

    Minecraft really needs a better more dynamic sound system. It should not just be limited to wool or minecarts. All other blocks should have a set damping effect to sound when blocking another object. This would create more realistic audio effects.
