Growing trees on rooted dirt makes them grow faster

Self-explanatory, When you bonemeal trees on rooted dirt it takes less bonemeal because there is already roots there. Maybe It could also increase the growth speed instead of just reducing bonemeal. That way rooted dirt has a use other than building (not that I am complaining, great block) and it could help with tree farms.
