Hi, I've been playing Minecraft since it came out in Alpha. I really like the game, and there are a lot of additions that have been made over the years that have really improved it. However, when it comes to discovering treasure, I feel like some of the original magic has been lost as the game has developed. I remember the excitement of discovering the original dungeon in minecraft, and checking if the rare music discs or saddles were inside. Now that music discs are fairly easy to get (from skeletons shooting creepers), and saddles can be bought from villagers, I feel like there's not really any rare chest items that have sprung up to replace them. As it is, I don't feel very excited anymore when I find chests, even in the harder dungeons like the bastion. I think rare decorative items that can only be found in specific chests in specific dungeons would really add to the enjoyment of the game. (Potentially making it so that only a single type of music disc can be gotten from skeletons shooting creepers and having the rest as rare dungeon loot could also help). Any suggestions from other minecrafters would be appreciated! Sincerely, Ned
