Netherwart Naturally Spawning in Soulsand Valley

Several players and I have thought that it may be nice to have netherwart naturally spawn in soulsand valleys.

The spawn rate for netherwart in the biome would be low, enough to where the netherwart spawns would be considered rare. It could spawn in either single plants and be slightly more common, or perhaps it could grow in clusters and be rarer.

We feel that this could add more natural scenery to the Minecraft world, with fortresses no longer being the main way of first collecting netherwart. We understand that this biome is barren by design, though we feel that this may be a nice addition.
