What? It is a powder that can be thrown by the player and gives invisibility for 1 second to all entities inside of it. It'd have a cubic hitbox with an edge of 4 blocks and with the center of a face where the player throws it. Not necessarily the bottom face: the cube of smoke would generate in the opposite direction than where the block it touches is. The hitbox shrinks with time, like lingering potions, but regardless of what it affects. It'd be seen as a mass of particles, but the particles would be more smokish, like after the death of a mob.
How would one make it? One would collect powder with a cauldron. To collect powder, the cauldron must be placed in a place where there are "powderish" particles: under a floating gravel block, in a basalt delta biome or near one of those flowers from lush caves. Having the cauldron in the required conditions would make it fill up with random tick for 3 stages (like powder snow). It would also have a small chance to fill a little more if a bee dropped some pollen on it. One would then scoop it up with the bucket.
How to use it? One would right click with the bucket in the place where one would want the smoke to generate. As i said, it'd give invisibility to all entities, not only to mobs and players. One could also craft adding redstone to the bucket to make the smoke last longer (like usually done for potions) or adding glowstone, which woild make the particles visible in the dark and give glowing effect instead of invisibility.
