New chat gamerule

This command allows you to set the "chat range". So that only nearby players can communicate. This option can positively affect the role component. I can tell you more in the comments.

    In this case, it'd help if this is setup using [LOCAL] or [GLOBAL] categories. That way you can still see and reply to everything instead of a select region. It could use a similar system to /tickingarea.

    there could also be an option to only chat to people in some range to you, kinda like msg just for multiple ppl
