A giant abominable snow goat would be a funny Boss Battle to have in Minecraft, it could even have a 50/50 percent chance to drop diamond tier boots that keep you from sinking into powdered snow, and even have a sort of solidified ice horn that you can shave down into parts and create unmeltable ice bricks.
