Updated “Create New World” experience in Bedrock Beta

The latest Bedrock Beta (1.18.20.20) introduces a redesigned Create New World experience. If you have the conditions met to try it, you’ll be able to opt-in from the Create New World screen. We’ve still got some work to do, but we wanted to give you an early look at what we’re building. 

If you can see it, we’d love to hear your thoughts on this new design! Let us know in the comments — what do you think?

    It is very beatiful the new design when you create the World. But I want to report here a bug whom don't make me playing to Minecraft Bedrock Edition (for Smartphone Android). After thirty minutes I am playing disappearing suddenly the buttons for moving, for chating and for the inventory and every time I have to cancel Minecraft for this. Please can team Mojang resolve this problem,because I love Minecraft too,but in this way I really can't play. Thanks for listening. ♥️

    The UI could scale better with GUI scale -3(4k), it's way too small.

    ~~also -3 on Xbox when? It's a 4k system~~

    My idea for new UI is Light mode, some of my friends would love it.

    Also, allow custom colors for new UI.

    On beta/preview 1.18.20.25, when you click the create world button in the new ui, it frozes for about 3 seconds in low-end devices

    The darker colours are nice and the sound effects are pleasing to hear. Also the addition of descriptions for options is really useful. But the it is harder to use with a controller compared to the old UI.

    Instead of a static world image, I would want to see the game generate the spawn chunks and show it on the preview. That would be cool!

    The new gui is clean and neat. There was no delay in my phone but if the settings menu was also like new gui mans it would be awesome #teambedrock lol

    My New UI is glitchy/going duplicating when I going up and down even the achievement screen. I hope it will fixed. I posted the video on the website that reported all the bugs. Thanks

    I really love the new design, but I think the day/night cycle setting shouldn't deserve such a large button. I think you should just be able to lock and unlock day/night cycle via a gamerule (obviously in the menu as well) I've always found the combination of the dodaylightcycle and alwaysday gamerules confusing.

    please add Hardcore and Adventure mode to the new ui

    please bring back the seed maps and bring them to the new ui

    please remove create template from market place and move them to the new ui so that way we dont click create world twice

    I think that you should add a "copy" button next to the seed so that can copy it instead of having to retype it. If this was already suggested by someone else, then I didn't read it.
