Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

A way to convert cobbled deepslate to cobblestone

I think that there should be away to convert the chests upon chests of deepslate you get from mining into cobblestone. This would allow you to be able to strip mine as usual and still be able to get cobblestone to make stone bricks, smooth stone, and the like.

    Yes I think that Cobbled Deepslate should be able to replace Cobblestone. For example you could craft a Stone Pickaxe using cobbled deepslate (or a furnace etc.).

    I agree cause im trying to build a cobblestone castle and it used to be efficient way to get cobblestone to strip mine and id be able to get diamonds at same time
