Currently addition of froglights doesn't make much sense. Weren't devs recently saying that they are trying to cut down on things that aren't intuitive and discoverable in game. How can a new player discover excistence of froglights without the help of a wiki or some other outside help? Froglights should be created with something that spawns in the enviornment where frogs are found (à la swamps). Because of that froglights should drop when a frog attacks fireflies, slimes or witches, because then froglights could feasably be created in swamp itself and player could likely discover the recipe in game on his or her own. Sadly we got an implementation that is convoluted even for a tech-savvy person who wants to farm them.. yet alone for most players to use it or even to discover that naturally. In it's current form froglights are simply disastrous addition. It is quite hard for a player to discover naturally that there are more than 1 color of frogs.. and now you guys want them to bring frogs to nether, lead them to magma cubes, kill or some other way cut down magma cubes to their smalles size and then let frogs to deal with them.. how anyone could come up with such actions on it's own is beyond me..
