Certain not battling pets should respawn

I think pets that did not die fighting mobs (excluding creepers so pets that died from creepers should respawn) should respawn. Sometimes when mobs are teleporting to you they end up in awful places like under a dock or bridge and the owner is not smart enough to break the block with the mob under it so they run away trying to get the mob to teleport back to them but it’s too late and the pet drowns 😞 (this happened to my brothers cat twice ). People get upset when this happens and could delete there world or stop playing Minecraft out of rage, but then later they get sad because there long term survival world that has 10 years of hard work is deleted. Sometimes your pets are blown up by creepers and weren’t even fighting them so they should respawn when blown up. They should not respawn when fighting a hostile mob to keep it balanced.
