Ability to leash mobs to mobs and fences to fences

You should be able to leash mobs to other mobs and fences to other fences.

This is legitimately a good idea. It would be really useful, and maybe if you leashed a fence to a fence it would work like a fancy gate. Also, maybe you could dye it for fancy ribbons.

Simple idea - but totally agree that leashes should be able to leash fence posts together. This would allow greater creativity in building boats (think rigging) or drawbridges, etc.
