splash potion of glowing (throwable temporary torch)

These big new caves really make me wish I could throw a torch. I thought about fire arrows, but have decided I feel the best way to go about it is a splash potion that doesn't require netherwart, but will glow. This would let me have an easier time entering large rooms, because I can see the mobs, and temporarily stop their spawn long enough to fight the baddies that are in the room when I show up, and place torches.
